2. Subscription Tiers and Payments

Ledger L3 offers Free, Pro, and Lifetime subscription plans.

• Pro Subscriptions: Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time payment providing permanent access to current Pro features for the life of the product.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-assisted performance review generation and content analysis.

• Drafting Only: AI-generated content is intended as a draft starting point only.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying the accuracy of, and finalizing all AI-generated content before sharing it with third parties or employees.
• No Liability: Ledger L3 is not liable for "hallucinations" or inaccuracies produced by the underlying AI models.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the employee notes and review content you input into Ledger. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

Confidentiality: Employee feedback and performance notes are highly sensitive. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect this data.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to use Ledger L3 for managing team performance. Under this license, you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users.

6. Disclaimer

Ledger L3 is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties regarding the uptime of the Service or the accuracy of data processed by third-party integrations (such as AI providers or Payment Processors).

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Ledger L3 be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your local jurisdiction for SaaS services. Any legal actions shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
